Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Digital Products (Important)

Please note that all digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Due to the nature of digital content (instant access and download), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

  • Digital planners

  • Downloadable content

  • Online courses

  • Any other digital products

If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products Only)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item.

Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your physical product order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still meet the return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
